Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Do That Like This (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and an authorized representative of a business or organization to create an employer account. Employee accounts may be created by individuals 16 years or older with their employer’s invitation.

3. Description of Service

Do That Like This is a SaaS platform that allows employers to create AI-generated employee training materials in multiple formats (course modules, slideshows, checklists, guides, and more) and distribute them to their teams.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. This is a material term under the Saskatchewan Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act.
• You will receive an email reminder at least 5 days before any renewal charge.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain full ownership of any source documents, recordings, or text you upload.
• AI-generated content: You own the output generated from your source material. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service.
• Platform: We own all rights to the Do That Like This platform, software, and branding.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, discriminatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt to access other customers’ data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saskatchewan law, Do That Like This shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated training content is produced automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before using them in a workplace training program.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
